302 Punggol Place

Exqsite Interior Design has created a simple yet sophisticated and stylish living room for 302 Punggol Place. Lightwood flooring paired with a pastel blue wall colour creates a relaxing and homey feel to the space. Enhanced with the built-in seating and a contemporary-industrial style dining table, the space has become the perfect area to dine with loved ones.

unique kitchen

This unique and fun kitchen will be great for preparing meals on the induction cooker. With plenty of storage space and a great arrangement of the kitchen appliances, this kitchen was designed expertly so any cook would have an easy time making those meals.

Let’s not forget the bedroom. Exqsite Interior Design has taken the choice to create a few nice cubbyholes to display unique décor pieces and ornaments. The wood is slightly darker in this area to separate the bedroom from the living room and yet keep a sense of flow between the two areas.

196 Boon Lay Drive

With a cosy dining area behind the sofa, this huge living room is stylish yet laid back and comfortable. Paired with the wide window and plenty of natural light, the deliberate floor space keeps this living area looking open and large. Neutral colours also make sure nothing in the room overpowers the simple and relaxed look.

expansive countertop

With such an expansive counter top, you are sure to have enough space to prepare a whole assortment of foods. Instead of a cabinet, the designers have also opted to place an open shelf on one of the walls which will make it much easier to quickly grab seasonings and spices while cooking. The built-in lights under the cabinets are great for making sure the kitchen is ready for use at all times of the day.

bathroom

This bathroom stands out from the rest of the house mainly because of its striking colour scheme. In this room, the designers have adventurously strayed away from light wood and white, and have gone into a darker colour scheme. The darker wall tiles are more attention grabbing than most other colours used, yet the continued use of the wooden aesthetic keeps the design united with the rest of the home.

546 Segar Road

living and dining

An impressive living room, the black and white colour scheme adds an air of luxury and mystique to the place. Instead of a plain wall, the designers have opted to go for a mirror wall to visually enlarge the space even further and make the room appear bigger. The comfort is accentuated by the plush carpet that helps to give the room more depth and texture.

bathroom

Not forgetting the bathroom, the tiles on the walls and floor fit in well with the black and white colour scheme of the home. Lights behind the mirror not only help you see the reflection better, but also adds class and style to the place.
